Merveilleux was pleased with the successful approval of a planning proposal to amend the Shoalhaven Local Environment Plan 2014 to rezone land at 55 Wire Lane, Berry. The proposal included the rezoning of land to an R5 large lot residential zone and to identify a longer-term strategy for rural residential development in the area.
