CLEVELAND ROAD PLANNING PROPOSAL

Maker was engaged by Cleveland Holdings for the preparation of a planning proposal to amend the zoning and minimum lot size within Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009 to allow the site to be subdivided and developed for future residential living, which is consistent with Wollongong Council’s vision for West Dapto. 

 

The combined area is approximately 151 hectares with a development potential of up to 1000 lots. 

PRECINCT H, SHELL COVE

Maker has been engaged by Frasers Property to provide Development Approval design documentation and project management services for approximately 200 dwellings in Shell Cove’s Precinct H. The area includes the Boat Harbour Precinct and South Beach extents. 

Precinct H includes medium density residential, commercial premises and public recreation areas. Site constraints include recently constructed subdivision works, existing roads and servicing infrastructure, flood impacts and acid sulfate / soft soils.

ALBION PARK RETAIL PRECINCT DEVELOPMENT

The Albion Park Retail Precinct Development for client Windsor Knight will be an ultra-modern two-story shopping centre with undercroft car parking as well as spill-over parking accommodated by the adjacent RSL Club car park, loading facilities and associated works. 

Maker is completing design services for earthworks, drainage, utility services, structural design and access onto the Illawarra Highway. 

SHELL HEIGHTS

Maker is acting as the development manager to deliver the bulk earthworks for Stages 2 and 3, as well as the Construction Certificate approval for Shell Heights South. The scope of works for also includes delivering the timely completion of a two kilometre lead-in sewer main which is required to service the subdivision.

GREEN CAPE UTILITIES ASSESSMENT

Delivery of a design report which outlined potential upgrade options to determine the optimal sewer and water alternatives for this tight-knit complex of buildings comprising the original lighthouse built in 1883. 

The potential upgrade of these facilities will be to accommodate additional visitors, in the keeper cottages, which will open as part of the Light to Light Great Walk Project.

RAZORBACK ROUNDABOUT DESIGN

Field investigations and the preparation of detailed designs for a new roundabout and modifications of the existing carriageway in Razorback, NSW. Maker will also prepare construction documentation suitable to procure all construction services for the client, Wollondilly Shire Council.
